Carlos Ayala + Partners is a studio for sustainable architecture, engineering, urban design and landscape, founded in 2013. Since then, the team has established an international practice. With offices in North, Central and South America, we work throughout the whole construction process and provide services for developments of any scale.
We believe that, in order to achieve the best design, we must start with all the technical aspects that actually bring an architectural concept to real life: the structural system that supports all the weight; the mechanical, plumbing and electrical lines that allow it to function; its landscaping; the quality of natural light and ventilation and the relationship of the building to the ecosystem around it.
By working together creatively from the start of a project, architects and engineers combine their knowledge to develop integrated, sustainable design solutions out of an artistic expression.
We understand buildings as manmade machinery, and thus focus on their performance, comfort, reliability and serviceability. Its our goal to involve customers on sustainable building practices which respond to the context and use passive techniques to reduce energy consumption.
As project managers, we play a key role throughout the design and construction phases, from programming, change control, and procurement to document control, payments and risk management.
